Rapid hypersensitivity reactions may occur after taking Ipratropium bromide, as evidenced by rare cases of urticaria, angioedema, rash, oropharyngeal edema, and paradoxical bronchospasm. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if any of these reactions occur.

Possible side effect
Levosalbutamol is generally well tolerated by most patients. Common side effects may include an increased heart rate, muscle pain, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Storage

Keep Combimist L Inhaler out of the reach of children and pets. Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 25 C (77 F). The product may be temporarily stored at temperatures between 15 C and 30 C (59 F to 86 F) for short periods. Protect the inhaler from extreme heat, direct sunlight, and excessive moisture. Do not puncture or incinerate the canister, even when empty.
