The most important side effect to watch for is hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), which can manifest as: hunger, nausea, anxiety, cold sweats, weakness, drowsiness, tremors, blurred vision, confusion, and in severe cases, unconsciousness or coma. Hypoglycemia is more likely to occur if you skip meals, exercise excessively, drink alcohol, or take other medications that lower blood sugar.

Missed dose

If you forgot to take your dose of Glucotrol at the scheduled time, take it as soon as you remember.
