Less serious but common side effects of this anti-inflammatory medication include dizziness, headache, nervousness, mild heartburn or stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, blurred vision, skin itching or rash, and ringing in the ears (tinnitus). Drug interaction

Before using Naprelan, tell your doctor if you take any of the following antidepressants: citalopram (Celexa), duloxetine (Cymbalta), escitalopram (Lexapro), fluoxetine (Prozac), fluvoxamine (Luvox), paroxetine (Paxil), sertraline (Zoloft), or venlafaxine (Effexor) — concurrent use with naproxen significantly increases the risk of bruising and bleeding.

Missed dose
